You’ve spent time curating your Instagram grid to match your vibe—now it’s time to actually show it off on your website. If you’re wondering how to add an Instagram feed to your Showit website, the process is surprisingly simple!
No custom code, no third-party apps that break every month, and no expensive plugins required. Just a few clicks and your site will look more polished, professional, and very 2025. Let’s get started!
How to add an Instagram feed to your Showit website in less than 5 minutes
Step 1: Open the page or canvas where you want your feed
Open your Showit dashboard and click into the page or canvas where you want your Instagram grid to show.
Step 2: Add the Social Grid widget
Leave space where you want to add the Instagram feed to your website. Then, click the + icon (Add) in the bottom toolbar, then select Social Grid.

Step 3: Connect your Instagram account
In the right-hand panel, click Connect Account. The page will automatically redirect to IG where you’ll log into your Instagram and select “Allow” when it prompts you for permissions to share it on Showit.
You’ll need to have a Business or Creator Instagram account for this feature to work. If your account is private, you can’t add it as a live feed to your website!

Step 4: Resize and position the grid
Click and drag to resize the Social Grid box and move it where you want it on the canvas—most people place it on the homepage or in the footer.

Step 5: Customize layout and spacing
In the right-hand settings panel, choose how many rows and columns you want and adjust the spacing between posts.
Step 6: Preview and publish
Click Preview to see how it looks, then hit Publish to make it live on your site.
You now have a live Instagram feed on your Showit website that updates automatically and fits seamlessly into your design!
That’s how to add an Instagram feed to your Showit website!
Adding an Instagram feed to your Showit website doesn’t require tech wizardry—just the right tool and a couple of clicks.
