We offer website design and related services to clients. The scope of work and terms of engagement will be defined in a separate agreement between you and Sarah OKeefe Digital + Design. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

Cooperate with us throughout the design and development process, including providing timely feedback and approvals.
Make payments for our services as outlined in the project agreement.
4. Fees and Payments
The fees for our services will be detailed in the project agreement. Payment terms, including any deposit requirements and payment schedules, will also be specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in the project or the suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to any intellectual property created during the course of our work, including but not limited to website designs, code, graphics, and other assets. Upon full payment for our services, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project, including business plans, trade secrets, and proprietary information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide our services "as is," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sarah OKeefe Digital + Design be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will be changed accordingly. Your continued use of our services after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction that Sarah OKeefe Digital + Design resides in.
