Hey, I'm Sarah! I'm the founder of SO Digital: a website design studio based in Washington DC that empowers small businesses and entrepreneurs to achieve their wildest dreams. I'm not like other designers, and neither are my websites!
After I left a passionate career in marine biology for a fancy corporate Fortune 5 job that wasn't for me, I couldn't figure out why living for the weekend had become the norm. After a few years slogging away at something I never wanted to do, I said f*ck it, tossed the rule book out the window, & started my own business! Sound familiar? If you're here, I know you're like me: forging your own path, trying, failing, pivoting, and reaching for more. That's why I'm relentlessly passionate about creating show-stopping, strategic websites for people like Y-O-U!

When we work together, I bring more than design—I bring lived experience. I know the hustle, the fear, the big dreams, and the joy of finally breaking through. These days, I travel full time and have more time than ever for the people and adventures I love. My work is inspired by my travels: lush jungles in Cambodia, shimmering glaciers in Iceland, retro record shops in London, and art galleries in every corner of the world from from Barcelona to Brooklyn. I spend my most of my time scuba diving, snacking, mountain biking, and building brag-worthy websites for bold entrepreneurs like you.
